Getting started
Do I need a website to use Cabintale?
Yes — Cabintale is the booking widget you embed on your own site. If you don't have one, we recommend starting with a Squarespace, Wix, or WordPress site. The widget works on all of them.
How long does setup take?
Most owners are taking bookings within 30 minutes: 10 to set up availability and pricing, 5 to embed the widget, 15 to test the flow.
Pricing & billing
Is there a commission on bookings?
No. Cabintale charges a flat monthly fee. The only per-booking cost is Stripe's payment processing fee.
Bookings & guests
Do guests need a Cabintale account to book?
No. Guests book directly through the widget — no signup, no app download.
Integrations
Which website builders does the widget support?
Any platform that accepts custom HTML or an embed code: WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, Framer, plain HTML.
